I was thrilled with this book and all info in it! It is great for young children and full of pictures, word definition and maps! It came at a perfect time when I had stiff neck and needed to rest, so I read it all at once! I cant wait to get the others in the series!! You will learn a lot about the Jewish people and their life!!
This would be a great addition to a Bible study or a unit study on Israel or the life of Mary!! have the kids keep a journal of word definitions from the ones scattered in the book! Maps would be great for printing for the class. There is a section on the coins so have the kids make some!! Timeline of Mary - Shows an approximate dates of Mary’s life and what was going on around the world at the same time. Have kids copy into note book and draw a picture above it. Lots of ideas will come from this book as I make up my own unit study! This is one book you should own. And it is not a very costly volume!!A must have for Christian households.
