The First Principle

Always drawn to   I books  about America, I was excited to begin this l fiction  novel.  I must say upfront that I am not a big fan of reading  books on line.  There were somethings that shocked me even though this was a well written chapter book! I don't think I would read this book again but would be happy to find out  more about the author and read some of her other books in the future since she has a good style.

Marissa Shrock's debut novel crafts a chilling story of what may be to come if we allow the economic and moral crises currently facing our country to change the foundations on which we built our independence--and of the difference one person can make when they choose to trust God's lead.

I was drawn into the book from the start. At times I was half frightened d by the deep message in this  writing.  The author does a wonderful job of teaching that we have no control over our lives. I really related to the 'heroine' trying to rely on God. . When everything starts veering out of control, turn to God.

Kregel Publications gave me the book to recie. This books comes out in 2015!
