In Six Days, Ken Ham begins with going over the importance of believing in a literal interpretation of Genesis and why having this foundation is important for all aspects of the Christian walk including salvation. This is a wonderful read!
"Six Days, The Age of the Earth and the Decline of the Church" by Ken Ham is a book on how specifically the American church's foundation is being crumbled away because of how people treat the book of Genesis
"Six Days, The Age of the Earth and the Decline of the Church" by Ken Ham is a book on how specifically the American church's foundation is being crumbled away because of how people treat the book of Genesis. Thoroughly biblical and well documented.
I found it interesting that there are so many people and church leaders included that have tried to find a way around reading the Bible literally. Quite a list of theories has been compiled by those who claim to know what God really did. Ken Ham is amazing. I have been astounded by his works.
After laying out the difference between exegesis and eisegesis, this book delves into several of the differing opinions on the age of the earth, the length of the creation days, evolution in Genesis, and the extent of the global flood.
