I just saw Jesus

I Just Saw Jesus (Web Front)
I do not often care  for books with pictures of  Jesus but  despite this front this book was great! This is the story of  how one  man took this inspiring  ,movies  the world wide to reach  millions of people for Christ. A  little over 180 pages this book is  amazing.
I really enjoyed the salvation stories.  One of the first is about a Messiah warrior from Africa ( studied these people in depth  not  too long ago and love them). God is  an amazing God saving  people all over the world.  Paul decided to sue this  Jesus film  because  he realized  millions  could  no read. Follow the author on his  many dangerous journeys  as he spreads the word.  See  how  God worked all things  out for his glory.

Lastly the book talks about Campus crusades and  what this film is doing.  See  how world wide this  film has ben shown over 9 million times converting thousands.  This story really shows he voluntary risk  missionaries, people and pastors take to spread the gospel.  In the end you will be wondering what you can do!

About the Author
Paul Eshleman founded The JESUS Film Project© and served as its director for twenty-five years. He currently serves as a vice president for Campus Crusade for Christ. He provides leadership to numerous coalitions and ministry networks, including the Issachar Initiative and the Finishing The Task network.

Miracle of Israel: The Shocking, Untold Story of God’s Love for His People by Gary Frazier & Jim Fletcher

Miracle of Israel

What can I say about a book that brings you to tears at the magnitude of God's wondrous love for his people Miracle of Israel: The Shocking, Untold Story of God’s Love for His People by Gary Frazier & Jim Fletcher  starts out with an amazing story of how God saved the Israel army today , not just in Bible past.  A  must read as one needs to know that God does indeed still do miracles.  This is the history of he Jews, much we already know but  then there are so many modern  uplifting stories that  we probably have over looked. How often do e follow Israel's wars.  We should to be amazed at our God. The author  points all the Glory to God.  This is an out standing   book that pastors will want to read.  It opens your eyes to understanding this small country better. The history of the Bible which we have read a million times come alive!  I encourage you to read this book as it is  not too long so you will not be board- in fact you will want it to continue.

I am not sure I agree with all the doctrine but again I am not an expert on  this subject,  I will do a little  more studying,

Scotland

Interesting  yet disappointing  because it leaves you wanting book two in this Scottish series.  A little to long but some of the characters were enchanting.   Get a free sample at https://play.google.com/store/books/details?id=AwE_CgAAQBAJ&source=productsearch&utm_source=HA_Desktop_US&utm_medium=SEM&utm_campaign=PLA&pcampaignid=MKTAD0930BO1&gl=US&gclid=COCm5fHb-MsCFYVCMgod3GoOOg&gclsrc=ds

The style of  writing was good.  writing style is quite good and engaging. Almost too engaging at times! This book was hard to put down; easy to follow and captivating. I will most certainly  read all the books in the series when they come out. I want to follow the family history.  A will sent to a girl outside of Scotland. How does this settle with the clan.  find out.

I received a copy of this book from the publisher in exchange for my honest opinion. Thanks!

In the Summer of 1945....

I am excited to  share witth you a boo that will be  for sale next month. A very cute story which gives you a good  inside into the lives of a solider an a nurse.  A story of how faith kept them going. This is a true story!

Ray's faith was put to the test when his Bible was taken from him.  See how  God was still his all in all in this well written book.

In between Ray's story, Betty's letters are integrated every few chapters. The letters begin as her letters to her parents at the beginning of the war describing her life as a nurse in France, and they end with her letters to her future husband,

A must read !  Very good front n this touching story. Thanks Tyndale for letting me review this  fantastic chapter book!

wow! Wonderful read

A grand read which my sisters are now reading! Author Stice does a magnificent job of explaining recent past events of the implications and definition of the "Arab Spring" within the Middle East. This book  is for older readers since there is some deep material in this book but it one you will never pit down.  I highly recommend this book. It makes us look at the news in an entirely different light.

I have sensed for many years that the AntiChrist will come out of a Muslim country along with a one world government, religion and money system, it's good to know there are others who have sensed the same and are willing to write bout it. we need to stop feeling sorry for Muslims but love them enough to tell them the gospel.http://anekopress.com/arab-spring-christian-winter-blog-tour/

I am legally required to inform you that I have received a complimentary copy of this title in order to publish this review.

Revelation!

Displaying Revelation Cover (Web Front).png I found this book to be well rounded.  The history about the churches was very good. the 7 churches  are in Turkey, Russia and the Ukraine to the north and Syria, Sreal and Saudi Arabia  to the South.  I enjoyed how the author brought out the fact that this book refers to the number 7 a lot ; 7 churches, scales, trumpets, persons, vials, dooms and more.

The book of Revelation is a love letter to the church. Yet most view it as troubling, and many misunderstand what the Lord is trying to tell us. Didn’t the Jews in Jesus’ day have some of the same problems?

Follow Joh as he is sent to  the isle of Patmos in the Agean Sea 30 miles  off the west coast of Turkey. Then see what visions the Lord gave him. In the first chapter you will see a description o who Jesus is . Chapter 2 tells  what is happening  in the churches during John;s  life.

Revelation: The Best is Yet to Come provides a simple running commentary and interpretive guide for the beginner. Our hope is that laypersons and preachers not familiar with the book of Revelation will be encouraged to do a more in-depth study. The material takes an unashamed pretribulation, premillennial position within a traditional dispensational framework.

I felt like the author did a good job and it was worth the read, even if I am not dispensational or premillennnial. Check it out at http://www.lifesentencepublishing.com/revelation-blog-tour/
Thanks for the free book to review cid:image001.jpg@01CF4CCA.91C734D0

How will the world end?

It’s short – 93 pages with six chapters; it’s fairly comprehensive on the basics of the end times; it’s a very quick and easy read; and will serve very well for a small group Bible study and surely open up a room of discussion.

This is a deep study on end times with a look at  what different groups believe. Chapter 3 focuses on how Jesus will return. "Jesus will return publicly, gloriously, victoriously and saving  I really thought this was the perfect size of book to carry in ones purse or brief case to read a bit when there is time ( it might jsut become your  new track!).  This would be a wonderful book to give students on campus or to use in a Bible study! Short but packed with information! Overall I was very pleased with this book. Also it would be good to send to soldiers  or give to graduation students so they can be grounded in their  faith! Rinne answers the question presented in the title of the book in the very first chapter – How will the world end? So do read to know what the conclusion is!  He, Jeramie, Rinne,  very pointedly states that, "God returns as judge… yes. But he also  shows how God is love! This s my first book by this author but I enjoyed him  so much I am already reading another! And it will nto be my last!!

Do not turn away by how small the book is, it is short but the price is not expensive so you can easily order your copy today and then some to share with  friends, family, your church, students and any one you meet!  The author , lays out the different views of Christ’s second coming (i.e. premillenial, postmillennial, etc.) . This I thought was very insightful especially when one is going to encounter the different beliefs when talking to others. This went perfect with what the men are studying at our church!
I know that those who are inspired to study about end times, will be especially interested in this book!
As for the other reader, casually picking up this book out of curiosity, I do  think it will capture their attention, too. It was a good book ! Great for those wanting to learn more about the book of Revelation, and for those who may have questions about the end of the world. Definitely recommend!
