Irish True cooking!

I could not be more pleased with a cook book then with this one! It caught my attention because I wanted a true taste of Irish cooking! Also my background is Irish!!Irish Stew with PiccalilliYou can even go onto amazon for their  stew recipe!   Featuring 130 delicious recipes—from Kerrygold Butter-Poached Lobster with Parsnips to Irish Stew, Shepherd’s Pie, and Mam’s Apple Pie— I loved the stories behind the recipes, and the history of how he began his restaurants. Also the information on how corned beef is American . In fact the many pictures kept me reading and all the notes about holidays fascinated me. But it was the Irish breakfast that inspired  me from the start and this  will be a fall meal! I made the chicken and loved it. The recipes are great and some day I hope to make my own sausage! This is a beautiful book worth owning! Try some real Irish cooking now  not only for St Patrick's day! Try the  Leek soup with this free recipe!

*I received a copy of this book from Blogging For Books in exchange for an honest review.*
